Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder has been formulated to have minimal environmental impact. The surfactants in this product are broken down rapidly into harmless substances. Why are no petrochemicals added?

These plant based detergents break down quickly into harmless substances and are made from a renewable resource.

Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder has been formulated to be kind to people with sensitive skin or allergies. People with allergies and chemical sensitivities often react to added fragrances when inhaled, particularly synthetic varieties.

Why are no optical brighteners or enzymes added?

Optical brighteners or fluorescers give an illusion of cleanliness by reflecting more light. They adhere to clothing even after rinsing and so can trigger allergies.

Enzymes, like optical brighteners, may cause skin irritations and rashes.

Why is Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder concentrated and sensibly packaged?

Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder is a concentrated product, so you only need to use a small amount per wash. This means that you can wash more loads per box, reducing packaging waste.
